Manufacturer Of Hydraulic Actuators Requires:

QC INSPECTOR
(Singapore - KAKI BUKIT AVE 1)
 

 Responsibilities:

•  Engage in processing and testing of incoming raw material / in-process samples / end products,
• Perform routine sample analysis on daily basis,
• Conduct Quality system audits to ensure compliance and to identify areas for improvement
• External audit and post audit activities
• Gather, monitor and analyze M&E services performance so as to meet the customer requirement
• Provide technical solutions both in quality and engineering aspects to customers
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective action
• Monitor and weekly reporting in-house quality performance
• Monthly summary and statistical process control
• Maintain the testing & measuring of equipment and M&E services
• Update test results, record keeping according to ISO documentation,
• Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and calibration,
• Maintain good 5S practices in the workplace

Requirements:

• Preferred with experience in manufacting of Hydraulic Actuators
• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical
• Processing and minimum 2 years of relevant experience in metal, precision engineering or tool & die industry
• Strong Team Player with good communication skills and results-oriented
• Experience in laboratory work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office is a must, SAP and MES will be an added advantage
• Familiar with manufacturing environment and ISO procedures
